With over 25 years of experience navigating the senior care market, Eric has dedicated his career to improving the lives of older adults and their families. As a son currently navigating the journey of a mother living with dementia, Eric understands the emotional and logistical weight that families carry. This personal perspective drives Family Circle Home Care's mission to treat every client with the devotion he wants for his own mother. His background in organizational leadership, business development, and client relations helps the agency pair professional excellence with compassionate, family-centered care.

Dianne Carlson, BSN, RN

Administrator

Dianne brings over 30 years of diverse nursing expertise and a deep passion for holistic wellness to the Family Circle Home Care team. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, she has worked in hospital care, wellness education, and nutrition counseling. She also holds a degree in Foods and Nutrition and is a Certified Functional Medicine practitioner. Her whole-person approach and experience as an RN Supervisor and Community Health Educator support thoughtful care coordination and patient advocacy.

Jasmine, BSN, RN

Alternate Administrator

Jasmine is a Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background. A graduate of Galen College of Nursing and the University of South Florida, she brings experience in acute hospital care at St. Joseph's, Occupational Health, and Case Management. Her background includes workers' compensation case coordination, patient education, biometrics, telehealth triage, and interdisciplinary collaboration. At Family Circle, she helps support careful, evidence-based care planning and clear communication among families and professionals.
